We match your specification against our network of pre-vetted Brazilian manufacturers. For new requirements, we identify, visit, and audit candidates before presenting them to you. Vetting covers ANVISA or MAPA registration status, production capacity, export experience, quality certifications, and financial stability. You see only suppliers we'd stand behind.
We negotiate FOB pricing directly with the manufacturer in Portuguese, leveraging our existing relationships and volume history to secure competitive terms. You receive a Pro Forma Invoice with full product specification, FOB price, lead time, and minimum order quantity — ready for your commercial review.
Once you confirm the order, we coordinate all pre-shipment requirements: Halal certification from a UAE or KSA-recognised body if needed, destination-market labelling review, ANVISA/MAPA export clearance, phytosanitary certificates where applicable, and preparation of the full export documentation package. Nothing is left to the manufacturer to handle alone.
We supervise container loading in person — or through a trusted local representative — at the manufacturer's facility. Container photos, seal numbers, gross weight confirmation, and the full packing list are shared with you immediately after loading. Vessel booking is confirmed and BL details are forwarded as soon as issued.
After departure we send you the complete shipment file: all original documents, container tracking link, ETD/ETA data, and BL copy. We remain available throughout transit — answering customs questions, providing additional documentation, or coordinating with the shipping line if anything changes. Our job ends when your container is cleared, not when it leaves Santos.
