MAPA registration is mandatory for all pet food manufacturers that export from Brazil and is required for import clearance in most international markets. Every manufacturer we work with holds valid MAPA registration, and each shipment includes the official MAPA export health certificate.
Minimum order is one Full Container Load (FCL) — a 20' or 40' dry container depending on product and packaging format. We do not supply LCL, pallet, or sample-volume orders for commercial export. Sample packs for product evaluation can be arranged separately via courier prior to an FCL order.
Yes. Private label and white label options are available for dry kibble, wet food pouches, and treats. You supply artwork; we coordinate printing, filling, and export. Labelling is available in English, Arabic, and Portuguese. Minimum private label quantities and artwork specifications are confirmed at quotation stage.

We review destination-specific import requirements — including UAE ESMA, Saudi SFDA, and Indian FSSAI — on a per-order basis and ensure documentation meets the importing country's standards before shipment.
FOB Santos and FOB Paranaguá are our standard Incoterms. CFR and CIF to your destination port can be arranged for larger volumes. All Incoterms, freight responsibilities, and insurance arrangements are specified on the pro-forma invoice issued before payment confirmation.
